Mereghartak ensures you have the best online experience when it comes to returns and cancellation of a product you are not happy with. We are with you every step of the way before, during and after your purchase. Our no fuss return policy is there to give you a relaxed time in the rare moment of any mishap in your purchase.

What is Mereghartak return policy?

We at Mereghartak have our customer’s preference as top priority. If for any reason you do not like the product you ordered or wish to initiate a return/replacement kindly share the reason for same on return@mereghartak.com or go to ‘My Orders’ return request and submit a request for return/replacement within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The items you wish to return will be picked up from your doorstep & a replacement or refund will be initiated once we receive the original product in our warehouse. The following Rules & Exceptions apply to this policy:

  • 1. Preserve the product’s original condition, tags, serial numbers and packaging.
  • 2. Please read the product detail page to see the number of days up to which a product can be returned. Any requests made post that will not be entertained.
  • 3. Any tempering with a consumable/intimate item will be considered used and hence won’t be replaced/returned.
  • 4. A product covered by manufacturer’s warranty which is damaged will not be company’s fault.

How do I cancel an order?

  • In case the product has not been shipped
    If you change your mind after ordering a product but before shipment, no worries just cancel your order by logging on to your Mereghartak account and clicking on the corresponding link indicating the reason for cancellation.
  • In case the product has been shipped
    You cannot cancel the order once your product has been shipped but you can do same after you have received the product by logging on your account.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. If you made payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 5-8 business days. Refund shall be subjected to the buyer complying with the provisions of the user agreement and the company shall have the option to deny refund in case of any misuse by buyer. Another option for refund is Mereghartak ecash which is added to your account for future purchases in case you do not want refund in your bank account.

What are the charges for National and International Shipments (if any)?

Mereghartak is not responsible for any octroi payments, customs duty & other international taxes etc. According to the laws of land the charges will have to be borne by the customer himself and not the courier company.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All items at Mereghartak are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners and also at your Mereghartak account.
